I focus my practice on real estate closings and community association law, specifically homeowners associations, condominium associations, and commercial associations, including mixed use, "green", and age-restricted community documents.  I help homeowners, developers, lenders, and others in creating, interpreting, enforcing, and administering these documents, including compliance with the Georgia Condominium Act, the Georgia POA Act (particuarly in adopting its terms), and other statutes that may apply.  As well, I assist in navigating the practicalities of running an association, including dealing with calling annual meetings, holding elections, or creating comitteess..
