Buck earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1990 and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994.. Buck was named as one of the top 14 lawyers under the age of 40 by the Daily Report and was named a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers edition of the Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and 2006. Buck is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyer's Club of Atlanta. Buck is a graduate of the National College of Advocacy (2000) and the Ultimate Trial College in Washington, D.C. (2005). He is currently a master in the Lamar Inn of Court (2002-present) and was a barrister in the Bleckley Inn of Court (2000-2002) and Joseph Henry Lumpkin Inn of Court (1996-1998).. Buck has devoted himself to community service, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Civil Justice PAC Inc., the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and the Shepherd Spinal and Brain Injury Center, where he serves on the Auxiliary Board and the Advisory Board. He is a third generation lawyer and has focused his practice on representing catastrophically injured victims in the areas of trucking litigation, vehicular accidents, premises liability, products liability and railroad collisions.
