Kirk joined Pope McGlamry in 2006 and he is located in the Atlanta office. Kirk graduated from Auburn University in 1992 with a degree in Finance and accepted a commission in The United States Marine Corps the same year. He served as an infantry officer with the Second Marine Division and the Fourth Marine Division and in 2001 received his J.D. from the University of Alabama. The Defendant, who was represented by a large national defense firm, claimed the Plaintiffs came into his lane. After a three day trial, the jury found for the Plaintiffs and awarded a total award of $3,290, (inclusive of attorney's fees)..
