Kirk joined Pope McGlamry in 2006 and he is located in the Atlanta office. Kirk graduated from Auburn University in 1992 with a degree in Finance and accepted a commission in The United States Marine Corps the same year. The Defendant, who was represented by a large national defense firm, claimed the Plaintiffs came into his lane. After a three day trial, the jury found for the Plaintiffs and awarded a total award of $3,290, (inclusive of attorney's fees)..
