Mr. Warncke received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, at Georgia State University in 1988.  He received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1991.  While in law school, Mr. Warncke was selected as one of three students to represent UGA in the American College of Trial Lawyers National Moot Court Competition.  The three member team took second place  nationwide in brief writing.  The team also advanced to the quarter finals in the national oral argument competition in New York City..
