Matt currently is pursuing a Master's in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.  His intent is to transition from litigation based work to a career as in-house counsel and directing policy for private multinational organizations.. From 2013 to 2015, Matt served as an associate attorney at Kim DiGiovanni Aluisi, Esq., LLC, and was formerly a member of the Firm’s legal team in varied capacities since 2004.  He was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2013, and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and Anne Arundel County Bar Association.. In 2013, Matt received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with a concentration in criminal practice.  During law school, he practiced as a Rule 16 Public Defender, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity and was involved in several volunteer programs.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Richmond in 2010, graduating with a B.A. in History and a minor in Law & the Liberal Arts.
