During law school, he practiced as a Rule 16 Public Defender, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity and was involved in several volunteer programs. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Richmond in 2010, graduating with a B.A. in History and a minor in Law & the Liberal Arts.
