I've been a trial attorney for my entire career.  In the course of that career, I've had the opportunity to work with and against some of the top trial attorneys in the country on some very high profile cases. Included in this work was the opportunity to twice represent the State of Colorado as Special Trial Counsel, first on a multi-million dollar construction case and, second, on Colorado's lawsuit against the tobacco industry.  I've had success handling cases at all levels, including appeals..
