I was fortunate to find my passion working with seniors and their families to help them plan for their future, provide for their loved ones, and handle crisis situations. My clients impress me with their resilience and strength when faced with difficult situations.. I have been practicing Elder Law since I graduated from Boston College Law School in 1998. In 2008, I was appointed by the Governor as a Public Administrator of Suffolk County. I continue to serve in this role, serving as the administrator of estates with no known heirs. My goal is to provide the highest quality work with care and compassion.
I graduated cum laude from University of New Hampshire School of Law and was awarded the Intellectual Property Scholar certificate for my strong performance in my trademark law courses in 2013. After graduation, I worked for nearly four years as in-house trademark counsel at Under Armour prosecuting trademark applications and working closely with business teams to enure they properly used Under Armour's trademarks and avoided any third party trademark issues.. In 2018, I began Granite Trademark Services with the goal to provide any person or company with an internet connection access to attorneys to prepare and file trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office at reasonable flat fee rates. During my time at Under Armour, I saw many trademark applicants given bad advice by trademark attorneys, which ultimately led to them losing time and money. For example, many trademark attorneys would file trademark applications before even searching the USPTO database to see if an Examining Attorney would accept the application. I view this as boarderline malpractice and knew I could provide clients with better service at the same prices, or less in some cases.. My goal is to try to help clients by understanding their business needs rather than turnout as many trademark applications as possible. My biggest concern before filing a trademark application is doing all the preliminary work to make sure it will become a trademark registration.

A. McIntyre Law was founded with the belief that core values of attorney-client trust, upfront and fair pricing, and client satisfaction are just good business.. I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina but grew up just over the border in Fort Mill, South Carolina. I began my career in law at sixteen as a receptionist for the Law Offices of A. After graduating with a Bachelors in Science in Criminology, I returned to Fort Mill to work as a legal assistant, focusing on criminal, domestic and civil matters.
