Morgan is a Billings native and comes to Moulton Bellingham with a background in small businesses and non-profits. In 2010 he graduated from Montana State University with a BA in Political Science. Prior to law school he was a program manager at the Human Resource Development Council District IX in Bozeman Montana. His work dealt primarily with low income housing, LIEAP, and the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. While attending law school, Morgan also earned his Master of Business Administration. During his summers, Morgan interned at Moulton Bellingham. In 2017, Morgan graduated from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law at the University of Montana in Missoula. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers. He also received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and was nominated for the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Student for the Ninth Circuit.. Matt’s practice involves many areas of litigation including commercial litigation, family law matters, and personal injury/accident litigation. Matt also has a significant amount of experience with real estate disputes, estate matters, and insurance defense work.  He knows and understands the importance that personal rights and family law have on our daily lives.. Matt grew up in Billings. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana, and received his juris doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law. During law school, Matt worked as a law clerk and was a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic, a setting where students can put their legal education to work before heading out into the “real world.”. David J. Dietrich graduated from Whitman College with a BA degree with honors in 1979.  He served in the Peace Corps in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.  He attended the University Of Montana College Of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) in 1984.. David J. Dietrich is the Chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trusts Law section of the American Bar Association and a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates counsel.  He is a past Co-Chair of the ABA’s Property Preservation Task Force, which lately resulted in the Uniform Law Commission’s adoption of the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act.  David is currently on the University of Montana Tax Institute Advisory Board and serves on the Board of Trustees of Rocky Mountain College in Billings.  He served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Montana Land Reliance, a private land trust in Montana, having in excess of 1,000,000 acres under protection.. David is a fourth generation Montanan with a diverse ranching, real estate and estate planning background located in south central Montana, Billings, the largest and most diverse city in the Northern Great Plains.  His firm, Dietrich & Associates, P.C., has provided real estate tax and estate planning services to the region for over 24 years involving wills, trusts and real estate transactions including conservation easements, business organizations and real estate litigation..
