Ms. Underwood is a former Chair of the Probate and Estate Planning Council of the State Bar of Michigan, past editor of the Probate Journal, member of the Real Property, Trust Law and Taxation Sections of the American Bar Association; the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and a Fellow of the State Bar of Michigan. She has written several articles and is a chapter author for the ICLE publication Michigan Estate Planning Handbook.
