Mr. Powell graduated from the University of Alabama in 1989 and is a 1992 graduate of Cumberland School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1992 and to the Tennessee State Bar in March 1994. Mr. Powell has also been admitted to the U.S District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
