Jackie M. Stebbins resides in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Jackie has received local and national distinctions recognizing her work as a lawyer and involvement in her community, before age 40.  Jackie graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota.  Prior to leaving private practice, Jackie was the senior partner at Stebbins Mulloy, LLC, in Bismarck.  In her free time, Jackie enjoys biking, kayaking, swimming, camping, reading and current events.
