Before becoming a private family and divorce lawyer, Attorney Fulk received the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ”I Have a Dream” Award for Outstanding Contributions to Human Relations from the Town of Normal in 2001.  He was Associate Editor of the Elder Law Journal at the University of Illinois College of Law and was President of the Undergraduate Religious Studies Association throughout college, where he completed his honors thesis based on thematic patterns in the temples of Varanasi, India and was a member of the National Championship Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl team in 2004.

Born and raised in Bloomington Illinois, I attended Illinois Wesleyan University here in McLean County and went on to get my J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Soon after I graduated I returned to central Illinois where I have focused my practice on dissolution matters and civil litigation.
