Jeremy Andrew is the attorney for the dietary supplement industry. After having successfully completed his education at the University of Utah in biology, chemistry, and health education, he set out as an entrepreneur in the supplement and health food industry. Immediately after four years at the University, Jeremy opened his first supplement and health food store, and later he became General Vice President of a small retail chain of health food stores that he was involved with. His education afforded him the opportunity to work closely with customers/clients as a nutritional consultant, knowing the physiology of how certain dietary supplements would affect the people whom he served. After several years, he got out of the business side of the dietary supplement industry to become a lawyer who could successfully assist CEOs and others in the industry, with making sure to follow FDA and FTC guidelines for the supplements they manufacture. Since he graduated from law school in January 2009, his focus has been in business and corporate law to that end. Jeremy is truly a one-of-a kind lawyer in the dietary supplement industry side of things. I have practiced law in California since 2005, and in Idaho since 2019. I have worked in the business transactions department at Hawley Troxell, the largest law firm in Idaho, as well as in the litigation trenches of state and federal courts in California and Idaho. I have tried over 40 cases through verdict, over 30 of which were jury trials. I've represented clients in millions of dollars worth of deal transactions. I have also trained and assisted lawyers with less trial experience in trial and witness preparation and strategy. I volunteer as pro bono counsel for Family Advocates / CASA.. I went to the University of Michigan for my undergraduate degree, and Michigan State University for law school. I graduated law school with a Cum Laude honors designation, and a Corporate Law Concentration.. I married with two (almost three) children and two dogs. I grew up in a family of autoworkers in a small farming town in Michigan. I was the first in my family to graduate college and attend law school. My childhood was spent raising horses, cleaning stalls, and breaking ice out of water buckets in cold Michigan winters. I grew up drag racing my father's 1972 Plymouth Duster that, to this day, has less than 30,000 original miles (a quarter mile at a time). I have fully restored a 1972 Westsail 32 sailboat, driven a dirt bike across Patagonia, South America, and studied Spanish in Barcelona, Spain. I enjoy coding in Javascript (VueJS), woodworking, and MIG welding in my workshop. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family..
