Recently, I obtained a substantial jury verdict in Suffolk Superior Court in favor of a real estate brokerage firm, successfully represented a national title company in a lengthy arbitration proceeding involving a title dispute with a golf course owner, and on behalf of a securities firm and its broker, favorably resolved through mediation an investor’s claim filed in an arbitration proceeding with the Financial Industry Regulation Authority.
