In 2008 Michael began his personal injury and real estate law practice in Arizona. His business and real estate clients featured developers, real estate professionals, national right-of-way companies, national environmental companies, hotels, raceway partnerships and other large corporations.. In 2010, Michael continued his practice in the Bay Area, representing title insurance companies, escrow companies, institutional lenders, healthcare companies, and homeowners’ associations on an array of real estate matters. Michael brought his legal practice to Montana in 2014 and has continued to represent individuals and businesses in real estate and personal injury matters.. Michael lives in Bozeman, Montana with his wife Kathryn and their two beautiful children, Lily and Liam. This past May, Olivia graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was a part of the Real Estate Law Society and the Environmental Law Students and Alumni Society. Olivia passed the Montana Bar in July with a score high enough to qualify her to practice in all Uniform Bar Exam jurisdictions.. Although Olivia thoroughly enjoyed her time in San Francisco, she longed to get back home to the Intermountain West. Originally from Pocatello, Idaho, she has always been drawn to Montana. Upon visiting Bozeman, she fell in love with the mountains and trails and knew that this was the place for her. Olivia began her law practice with the Rabb Law Firm in October 2021 and feels lucky to be a part of such a hard-working and fun-loving community. Her main focus is currently on real estate law and she hopes to expand her practice into environmental law in the Gallatin Valley.
