Upon graduating, he moved to Seattle, where he worked for a Fortune 200 company, applying his business skills and acumen. After many years in the Pacific Northwest, Troy decided to expand upon his education and pursue a career in the law, with the intent of returning to Montana.. In 1993, Troy enrolled at Gonzaga University School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctorate.
