In obtaining these contracts, Mike was involved in extensive research regarding the government’s bidding requirements and operating regulations. Mike most recently held sole responsibility for the transactional work relating to Delaware North's $800 million concessions and sport service subsidiary. There, he negotiated concession agreements — allowing for the sale of national, regional and local food and beverage products — with the New York Giants, New York Jets, Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Orioles, and other major and minor league sports teams.. Mike’s wide-ranging experience also includes obtaining bank and private financing for large development projects involving hundreds of millions of dollars of capital investment; as well as handling stock purchases and drafting shareholder agreements, negotiating mergers, obtaining bank and private financing for large development projects, and drafting corporate and organization documents and employment contracts.
