I have worked in the criminal area of practice since being admitted to the Florida Bar. I first started practicing as a Prosecutor for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Seminole County, FL as an Assistant State Attorney. While a Prosecutor, I tried DUI, drug, domestic violence, theft, vop cases, etc. I later decided that I would like to change positions and help those accused in the same manner I had represented the State of Florida. I started my own law practice in June, 2007 and have been practicing Criminal Defense and Family Law ever since. I enjoy defense work and have dedicated my practice to defending the rights of those who cannot defend themselves.

Attorney Shanna Rose is a former Assistant State Attorney, in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. She has represented the State of Florida, in felony and misdemeanor cases in Orange and Seminole Counties.  Mrs. Rose has had numerous jury trials before the circuit and county judges and has insight into the thinking and mindset of the prosecutor’s office, having prosecuted for the very people that are prosecuting you. Mrs. Rose handles a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases. She attended Nova Southeastern Law School and is originally from the Tarpon Springs area.
