FAY TAUB STERN graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982. Fay manages the Real Estate and Mortgage Financing division of the firm. Fay has specialized in all aspects of  Real Estate Law for over 30 years and has handled thousands of closings ranging from sophisticated multi-million dollar commercial transactions to single family residential closings. She has represented many owners and purchasers in the acquisition, sales, leasing, and financing of real property, as well as represented Institutional Lenders and Private Mortgage Lenders in documentations and closings.  By representing both sellers, purchasers and lenders, Fay is able to see complex real estate transactions from every angle, giving her the edge to assure that even the most complex transactions  are completed in an amicable and expeditious fashion.
