She has represented many owners and purchasers in the acquisition, sales, leasing, and financing of real property, as well as represented Institutional Lenders and Private Mortgage Lenders in documentations and closings.  By representing both sellers, purchasers and lenders, Fay is able to see complex real estate transactions from every angle, giving her the edge to assure that even the most complex transactions  are completed in an amicable and expeditious fashion.
