Richard Cruz, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, earned  a B.A. degree with honors in 1995 from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Cruz earned his J.D. from the Arizona State University School of Law. His law education included trips abroad to Cambridge, England and Geneva, Switzerland. After growing up in small town Nebraska and deciding early on he wanted to pursue a legal career, Brad attended Dana College in Blair, Nebraska, where he obtained degrees in Psychology and Business Management.
