Layne Gillespie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina in 2002 and a Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law in 2007.  While in law school, Layne served as the Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Board and received the Book Award for Pre-trial Civil Practice.. Layne began her legal career in Virginia as an intern for the Honorable Michael L. Moore, Circuit Court  Judge for the 29th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. In January of 2015, Layne started Chattanooga Legal Group, PC.   In 2021, Layne opened Titan Title and Escrow Inc.    In 2022,  Layne become  Supervising Attorney for Ancillary Services and in 2023 became the Supervising Attormey over Tennessee Foreclosure at Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane, & Associates PLLC,  a prestigeous nationwide creditor's rights and real estate firm.. Layne is licensed to practice in Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee,and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.. Layne has been named an Attorney for Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2017 -2023.  Layne was also selected as a 2017 Rising Star on the Mid-South Super Lawyers list.

Amelia Roberts is a native of Chattanooga. She attended Hixson High School and then obtained her B.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1999, where she attended as a Chapin-Thomas Scholar..
