I am a Colonel retired, United States Army, having served approximately 28 years in the U.S. Army and the New Jersey Army National Guard. With that military experience I do represent active duty and military veterans in the criminal and administrative proceedings, such as General and Special Courts-Martials, corrections of military records, discharge upgrads. I also represent veterans with disability claims with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

I am the oldest of three boys born to immigrant parents that came to this country to give their boys a better life.  They were blue collar laborers.  Through their hard work they made my profession possible.  I never forget where I have come from and it drives me to fight for people who have been injured. The wonderful thing about the law is that the rules apply equally to everybody.  All you need is someone who is willing to fight for you. I am good at what I do because I am passionate about what I do.  I like fighting for the little person and making a difference in their lives. I like being a man of my word and instill that in my children.  Above all else I hate losing and obsess about winning.

I am Certified by the NJ Supreme Court in both Civil and Criminal Trial law, one of only a few lawyers in the state to hold both certifications.. I am actively practicing in the areas of: Medical and Nursing home negligence; automobile and other serious injury cases, including falls and work related injury; and criminal and municipal court matters, both indictable and disorderly cases and DUI cases.. I pride myself on my communications with my clients: telephone calls and questions are answered as are emails, as soon as is possible.. Being involved in a case, civil or criminal, is a very nervous time for our clients and I do my very best to put all my clients at ease and answer their questions to the best of my ability.. I practice law full time.. Outside of the office, I am an active cyclist and enjoy my time with my family and friends.
