Lynda L. Calderone has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications as well as intellectual property litigation, including patent and trademark litigation, mediation and dispute resolution.  A founding shareholder and member of the Intellectual Property Department at Flaster Greenberg, Ms. Calderone serves a wide range of clients in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, U.S. reexamination and related PTO proceedings, and foreign opposition practice. Ms. Calderone also manages clients’ patent and trademark portfolios.. Ms. Calderone concentrates her practice in the chemical, chemical engineering, mechanical and business method areas. Her primary technical areas of patent practice include chemical process technology; petrochemicals; catalysis; polymers; reinforced polymer composites; polymer fillers and polymer composite wear systems; elastomer chemistry; medical devices; drug delivery systems; controlled and sustained release polymer mechanisms; hydrogels; nanotechnology; fiber optics; metals and alloys; thermal gas recovery processes; semiconductor-related technologies; optical coatings; cosmetic and healthcare formulations; pharmaceutical processing; business methods; fuel cells and manufacturing products including sanitaryware, home fixtures and building materials..
