Sherman, Benjamin was born in Jefferson City Missouri but his parents wisely moved him out to Wyoming when he was only 6 months old.  Benjamin was raised in Cheyenne and Laramie until he graduated from Laramie Senior High School and left Wyoming to go back to Missouri for his undergraduate studies.  Benjamin graduated from Southeast Missouri State University where he studied American History, Logic and American Literature. Ryan grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming where he enjoyed hiking, camping, fishing and hunting in the Bighorn Mountains. He attended public school until the 7th grade, then was home schooled and enrolled in Sheridan College at 14, later becoming the youngest graduate at 17 and with honors. After college, he worked as an insurance agent in his family's business. While working in insurance, Ryan joined the Sheridan College speech and debate team, winning regional and national awards which earned him a scholarship to Northern Arizona University where he graduated in 2003 Summa Cum Laude with his bachelor’s degree in political science.. He pursued his passion for creating change in society through the study of law, enrolling at Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. During law school, Ryan worked on the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor & Pension Committee under then Chairman Senator Michael Enzi. After graduating law school, Ryan moved to New York City and joined a boutique New York City law firm where he practiced commercial and corporate law. Mark was born and raised in Casper, and grew up with strong ties to Cheyenne, spending much time here visiting his grandparents. He grew up hunting and fishing Wyoming and is passionate about elk hunting in Wyoming to this day. He graduated from Natrona County High School in 1996, and then from the University of Wyoming at Casper College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2001. He began a career as a Wyoming Peace Officer with the Wheatland Police Department in 2000. After a few years there, he moved to Sheridan and served two years as a Deputy Sheriff. He finished his law enforcement career after moving to Cheyenne with his wife, Rachel, where he finished out a 20-year career as a Deputy Sheriff.. By the time Mark retired from law enforcement in 2020, he had experienced a revelation that he would be better able to serve people and uphold the Wyoming and United States Constitutions if he attended law school. He is passionate about ensuring that people’s rights are protected and can use his past experience to effectively represent people accused of a crime.. He graduated from the University of Wyoming, College of Law with his Juris Doctorate with Honor in 2023. Jeffrey O'Holleran has had a successful career as a criminal defense attorney both in government and private practice. He attended the University of Colorado where he earned a BA in Psychology and his Juris Doctor. While at law school he worked as a Production Editor for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.. Jeffrey currently works for the First Judicial District in Wyoming as an assistant district attorney and is part of the faculty at the University of Colorado at Boulder.. I was raised in the small town of Chugwater, Wyoming.  My law degree was earned at the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  I have lived and practiced in Cheyenne, Wyoming since 1988.  I practiced for twenty five years in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.  The photo of me on the steps of the United States Supreme Court was taken after argument in Cloer v. Sebelius, one of two of my vaccine injury cases won in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, to be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.

David is a Cheyenne native. He attended Cheyenne East HIgh School (go T-Birds!). After high school, David attended UW and graduated with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. After undergrad, David took a year off to work on a few political campaigns. It was then he decided to attend law school. David attended the UW College of Law. While in law school, he was the Director of the Prosecution Assistance Program. He also authored and published a law review article in the Wyoming Law Review about prosecutorial misconduct.Since graduating from law school, David has represented clients from all walks of life. Now, however, he is specifically representing clients in general civil litigation, including commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and personal injury. Following his graduation from East High School, he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Jamaica. He then attended Laramie County Community College, where he captained the basketball team. He finished his undergraduate work at Southern Virginia University. There, he was again the captain of the basketball team and earned his degree in history.
