Robert Moxley Bio
I was raised in the small town of Chugwater, Wyoming. My law degree was earned at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. I have lived and practiced in Cheyenne, Wyoming since 1988. I practiced for twenty five years in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. The photo of me on the steps of the United States Supreme Court was taken after argument in Cloer v. Sebelius, one of two of my vaccine injury cases won in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, to be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Robert Moxley is an attorney for the people. He has argued before the United States Supreme Court re civil rights. The best defense attorney I know. I highly recommend.

Robert is fairly priced and works above and beyond with out of state clients. I’ve dealt with multiple attorneys throughout Cheyenne with bigger retainers and more reviews, but I truly believe Robert had better results. Robert will always be first pick from here forward.
