In May, 2017, Brandon successfully defended a family-owned, egg-laying poultry farm from a neighbor’s claims of pollution and trespass in Delta, Colorado. After three weeks of testimony, the jury returned a favorable verdict and fully exonerated Brandon’s client.. Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Brandon received his Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont.  Brandon has been licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Wyoming since 2000, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various federal courts of appeals..
