In May, 2017, Brandon successfully defended a family-owned, egg-laying poultry farm from a neighbor’s claims of pollution and trespass in Delta, Colorado. After three weeks of testimony, the jury returned a favorable verdict and fully exonerated Brandon’s client.. Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Brandon received his Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont.  Brandon has been licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Wyoming since 2000, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various federal courts of appeals.. Andrew "Andy" Bailey was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Following his graduation from East High School, he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Jamaica. He then attended Laramie County Community College, where he captained the basketball team. He finished his undergraduate work at Southern Virginia University. There, he was again the captain of the basketball team and earned his degree in history. Following his undergraduate studies he gradauated from the University of Wyoming’s College of Law prior to his admission to the Wyoming State Bar.. Along the way, Andy met his wife Shelbi in Virginia. They have three children, Ellen, Henry and Benjamin, and live in Cheyenne..
