Matt received his Juris Doctorate from Chase School of Law, his Master of Fine Arts degree in painting from the University of Cincinnati, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Youngstown State University. I am married and have three sons and four daughters. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2006 with a major in Sociology and double minor in Psychology and Criminology. During this period I deployed into Baghdad, Iraq where I performed route security missions. In 2008, I commissioned into the officer ranks. As an officer I have served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Informtion Systems Officer. For the last six years I have worked as a Judge Advocate and have assignments as trial counsel, Deputy Brigade JA, Brigade JA, Cyber Law Chief, and State Deputy JA. I will be retiring from the military in 2021.. From early in my life I have understood the importance of family and the need to keep those relationships strong. My parents raised four daughters and 37 foster children. I have continued my parents mission by placing a focus on children in my practice. I previously served as a Guardian Ad Litem and currently focus on mediation and collaborative options.
