Mrs. Weaver also served as Chief Trial Counsel, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Assistant Director of Law for the City of Cleveland.Mrs. Weaver is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio; the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio; United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio; and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. She is also a member of the Ohio State bar Association and the Parma Bar Association. She has served on the City of Broadview Heights Planning Commission and as volunteer Magistrate for the Juvenile Community Diversion Program in Broadview Heights. She is actively involved in her community, including previously serving as President of Chippewa Elementary School PTA and currently volunteering and chairing various school committees and athletic booster organizations as well as being an active member of St. Basil's Catholic Church.
