He focuses his practice in personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, insurance disputes, and other serious accident cases.  He also handles void and wrongful foreclosure cases.  He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys which is dedicated to protecting the rights of those injured to seek justice.. Jeffery is a dedicated member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Clinton.  The Fellowship of Christian Athletes also holds a special place in his heart as he follows his Father and former Spartan Football Coach and teacher Tom Adams’ leadership in FCA.  Jeffery currently serves as a co-huddle leader of the Clinton High School group and three middle school huddles.. He and his wife Kimberly have been happily married since 1992 and have made Clinton their home along with their children Zachary, Hannah, and Noah.  He spends his free time coaching the Clinton Christian Academy boys’ basketball team as well as numerous sports teams in which his children are involved.  He also enjoys enticing Rocky Mountain National Park trout to fall for a dry fly, supporting Clinton High School sports, and playing basketball.. In addition to my legal experience I have over 25 years in non-profit management. I my skills with and am an active volunteer for a number of important causes.

Although I am well known as an estate planning/probate/trusts and estates lawyer, I also handle a significant volumn of estate administration matters, to include contested probate and guardianship matters and business disputes in the Chancery Court. I also handle real estate, tax, corporate, LLC/LLP and general business matters for my clients.
