Although I am well known as an estate planning/probate/trusts and estates lawyer, I also handle a significant volumn of estate administration matters, to include contested probate and guardianship matters and business disputes in the Chancery Court. I also handle real estate, tax, corporate, LLC/LLP and general business matters for my clients. I have had an AV-Preeminant Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for 15+ years, and I was elected to Super Lawyer status in 2015 and in 2016.

While In a meeting with John Manfreda to prepare a simple will and after he was informed that I do not make power of attorney’s, his response being ( I will twist your arm to make one) he prepared a general power of attorney that would render me incapable of managing my own affairs and make my own decisions. Not trustworthy.
