Chan M. Mr. Ahn is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ).  He is admitted to the State Bar, the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, as well as to the Bars of the District of Columbia and South Carolina.  He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Courts of the United States..
