She continued on this internship in Boise, Idaho and was then promoted to Hydrologist at the National Weather Service Office in Bismarck, North Dakota.. After eight years with the National Weather Service, working major floods and serving on Governor Committees, Martha resigned to become a Mathematics Teacher at Coeur d'Alene High School.. She taught Math for fifteen years there while also serving as Department Chair and a Board Member for the Idaho Council of Teachers of Mathematics. Martha taught classes to teachers for the University of Idaho and published a book called Calculost? A Guide To First Semester Calculus.. Jillian Caires is a native of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where she graduated from Lake City High School in 2004.  Jillian attended Washington State University, graduating in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In 2010, Jillian began law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. Jillian earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga in 2012, magna cum laude.
