I am a Principal/Shareholder with Lukins & Annis, P.S., and primarily practice out of the firm's Coeur d'Alene, Idaho offices. My practice is focused on litigation, in particularly, commercial and criminal defense (both federal and state). In addition, I frequently handle construction disputes, family law, personal injury, real property disputes and collections.. I frequently practice before both the state and federal trial courts in Idaho, as well as the state appellate courts.. I am involved with the United Way of Kootenai County, and serve on advisory councils for the North Idaho College Paralegal Studies Program and the Idaho Volunteer Lawyer's Program.. In my free time I enjoy everything the great State of Idaho has to offer outdoors.
