I am a Columbia, SC attorney committed to protecting the rights of the injured and aggrieved. I have dedicated my entire professional career to the representation of individuals and families in personal injury cases involving car wrecks, trucking accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and other areas of civil law.. I am a South Carolina native, born and raised in Columbia. After pursuing college studies at the University of Washington and Harvard University, I decided to return to South Carolina so that I could live, practice law, and serve the community in which I was raised.. I graduated magna cum laude from the College of Charleston in 2004 and received my Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008.

Growing up in the small town of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, home of Gamecock greats Phil Petty and Dylan Thompson, I attended Winthrop University and then received my Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  After graduation, I worked as a staff attorney at the South Carolina Supreme Court, while also moonlighting as a legal writing instructor at the law school.. After leaving the Supreme Court, I worked at an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies, individuals, and corporations in personal injury, bad faith, product liability, and commercial litigation, trying numerous cases to verdict.  After thirteen years of representing defendants and insurance companies, I made the decision to join Kenny’s practice representing injured clients.. I met my wife Jenny in law school and together we have two children, Garner and Nate, who keep us very busy at the ball field when we’re not practicing law.  In my rapidly shrinking spare time I could probably be found watching movies and sports or reading a good book.

Daniel Coble was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended public schools growing up in Columbia. He received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Economics. After college, Daniel attended University of South Carolina School of Law where he received his law degree.. After graduation, Daniel worked as a prosecutor for the Fifth Circuit Solicitor's Office. He was appointed as a Richland County Magistrate Judge in 2017 where he served full time at Central Court on Decker Boulevard until 2021.. Daniel is married and has a young daughter and a Yellow Lab, Jack. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, deer hunting, and reading historical fiction novels and autobiographies.. Daniel is the founder and editor of the legal resource Everyday/Evidence.

After graduating USC Law School in 2005, Joel clerked for the Honorable J. Ernest Kinard, Jr. in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. From 2006 on, Joel practiced at two small insurance defense firms, where he primarily represented governmental agencies in various state and federal claims. In September of 2020, Joel joined the Law Office of Kenneth Berger, LLC where he represents citizens who have been injured or harmed by corporations or government actors.. Joel enjoys the challenges that litigation presents but strives to maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy with his fellow lawyers, judges, clients and legal staff..
