St. Louis divorce attorney David Franklin strongly believes that the family is the building block of American culture and society. To make America better and stronger, he says, you first have to start with strengthening the family.. “Regardless of the makeup of the family, the courts provide a most vital avenue for all American citizens and residents to ensure that their family is best positioned to succeed and, if desired, to raise children in a healthy and collaborative manner,” Mr. Franklin said.. Mr. Franklin was raised in a middle-class, union family and was taught the importance of empathy at a young age. That characteristic benefits him greatly as he practices family law.. “To be able to understand a person’s actions, circumstances, and thought processes, you must be able to empathize with that person,” Mr. Franklin said. “As the old Cherokee proverb goes, ‘Don’t judge a man until you h ave walked a mile in his shoes.'”. Mr. Franklin is a skilled attorney who works tirelessly to protect the rights of each of his clients. But more than that, it is the honest approach he brings to every case that separates him.. “Every attorney will tell you how smart they are or how hard they will work on your behalf,” Mr. Franklin said. “I reiterate and promise to uphold those same defining characteristics of a good attorney. However, above all else, I promise to be honest – honest to you, to the court, and to the opposing side. Honesty is a bedrock principle of our judicial system.”

My law practice is based on the idea that everyone needs a lawyer sometimes -- not just rich people, but regular people too. So, I try to speak in plain English, charge affordable rates, and write papers that people can understand. There is never a charge for the first meeting. That way, people can feel comfortable talking about their problem without focusing on their watch. Please feel free to check out our website to get more information, and then please fee free to call.
I am passionate about what I do. It is my honor to be a trial lawyer and assist people who have been injured by the negligence of another. My experience as a medical malpractice attorney gives me unique insights and experience in dealing with any catastrophic injury or death case.. When you retain me to represent you, you get me, not an associate or an assistant. I will take full control over every aspect of your case and give it my personal attention. In my experience, this gives me an advantage over my opponents because I have handled every aspect of your case myself, rather than allowing a less experienced attorney to handle some matters and then try to understand what occurred later.
Hello, I'm Ed Armstrong and I've been a practicing attorney in Missouri for over 47 years. On a more personal note, I've been married to my wife, Kathleen (a middle school language arts teacher), for 47 years, we have two adult daughters, Emily and Allison and, at this time, three grandchildren, Quillan, age 15, Rosie, Age 12 and Luca, age 4 1/2 . Both of our daughters have Masters Degrees. Emily is a graduate of Amherst College (B.A. Max. Cum Laude) and New York University (M.A.) and Allison is a graduate of Regis University in Denver (B.A.)and and Maryville University in St. Louis( M.A.). I love to read and, when the opportunity presents itself, I like to travel. One of my favorite cities is Charleston, South Carolina. I've been in all the states except seven (I won't say which seven) and to a couple of other countries. I think beaches are great, at least when it's sunny and there are no storms on the horizon. I've lived in St. Louis since about 1963 and before that in the Chicago area (I was born in Chicago). I enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall and really don't much care for Winter (odd for a Chicago native?). I have been on the adjunct faculties at Fontbonne University in St. Louis and Maryville University in St. Louis since 1988. I have been on the adjunct faculty of the American Intercontinental University since 2010. I teach Business Law and Tax Law.
