Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.. I represented a single mother of a paraplegic 21 year old whose burglary claim was denied by Allstate Insurance. I could tell from my conversations with the client that she had lost hope and I was her last chance. I immediately stepped in and went after Allstate for its deliberate indifference in handling its insured’s claim in a lawful and reasonable manner. Not only was I able to recover the benefits owed under the claim, but I forced Allstate into compensating this deserving client for her emotional distress and pain and suffering. Although I have been involved in more substantial cases, this one hits home for me because I felt that I gave some hope to this person’s life who had endured much stress and grief.. How did you build a successful practice?. By building a strong relationship with your clients and keeping them informed at all times about their cases, no matter how big or small their case is. Too often unfortunately, professionals have a habit of not responding to their clients or simply not caring about their case. With me it’s different.
