Joel Stauffer graduated with Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. This company also developed sophisticated technology that enabled the digital delivery of finished programming for studios and produced Platform as a Service products that enabled and managed digital archives of content.  My second General Counsel experience involved a global servicing company that provides travel serrvices, temporary housing serrvices and relocation services to multinational corporations and fortune 500 clients.. My experiences have enabled me to truly understand the operations of business and changes in businesses. Too often there is not enough focus on the client business and understanding their needs and the reasons for the needs, which can create a frustration between the lawyer and the business.  Priorities of clients can shift and it is imperative to consistently communicate with clients and understand them, so they have what they need from me to tackle the next challenge without being left on their heels.

Bobby ("Bo") Riley is an associate at the firm of Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1998 from Tarleton State University, and his law degree in 2001 from the University of Denver College of Law.. His practice includes general business matters and transactions, real estate law, transportation law, conservatorship/guardianship, estate planning, trust and estate administration, and civil litigation.
