After 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, I obtained a Bachelor's in Criminology from Florida State University. I then spent almost 3 years as a police officer before earning a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor. Prior to being admitted to practice in Florida, I worked in legal support and mediation negotiating, where I mediated loan modifications and assisted in disposing distressed properties. I also researched, drafted and edited pleadings in foreclosure, criminal appellate, complex commercial litigation and class action cases.
