Rafael Gil III was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1975.  He is married to the former Kimberly Phipps of Dothan and has 3 children.  He graduated from AuburnUniversity with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Law, with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in 1997.  He received his Juris Doctor from FaulknerUniversity, Jones School of Law in 2000.  He is licensed in Alabama and the Federal Courts in the Middle District of Alabama.  He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.. Michael Brock was born in Pensacola, Florida in 1965. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 1987, and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Arkansas in 1991. Mike has served this country in the United States Army as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) and was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas in 1991 and has been admitted to practice law in the state of Alabama since 1994. Mike limits his practice to representing debtors in the United States Bankruptcy Court and was named to the 2010 Alabama Super Lawyers in recognition of his representation of clients in the practice of Bankruptcy and Debtor rights.

I grew up in Dothan, Alabama and attended Auburn University where I graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. After completing my undergraduate degree, I attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where I received my Juris Doctor degree and graduated in the top 10% of my class. I was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2016. I am admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. I joined Brock & Stout in September of 2016, and my primary area of practice is Consumer Bankruptcy.

Cam was born and raised in Dothan, Al.  He graduated from Troy University in 1978 with Bachelors of Science degree and worked as a staff accountant with a local CPA firm.  After getting his CPA certificate in 1980, Cam worked in private and public accounting until going back to law school in 1988.  Cam received his law degree with High Honors from Florida State University School of Law in 1990 and started practicing law in 1991.. Cam has been admitted to practice law in both Alabama and Florida courts. He has handled bankruptcy cases in the Middle District of Alabama, the Southern District of Alabama and the Northern District of Florida.
