John graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts. His focus is criminal defense, DUIs, and injury cases. John is a member of the national DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and is certified in the NHTSA Field Sobriety Tests, NHTSA Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, the BAC DataMaster and the Alco-Sensor FST Portable Breath Test. He is a member and former Governor of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington State Association for Justice. Before becoming a partner at Woods Brangwin & Bratton, Jeremy spent six years working at various levels of prosecutor offices from federal to state. Jeremy spent years as a law clerk at the United States Attorney's Office for Eastern Washington where he prosecuted federal petty offenses and wrote multiple appeals to the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Through his four years working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jeremy handled hundreds of DUI cases. Jeremy has successfully handled countless cases, ranging from DUIs and vehicular homicides to attempted murder and rape cases. Jeremy graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a Juris Doctorate. While at Gonzaga University, Jeremy served as the Editor in Chief of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law. Jeremy was one of four members selected to represent Gonzaga University at the Albert R. Mugel National Tax Moot Court Competition in Buffalo, New York. Jeremy previously served as a Washington Supreme Court appointee to the Unlawful Practice of Law Board. Jeremy is a member of the National DUI Defense Lawyers Association and is certified in the NHTSA Field Sobriety Tests. Jeremy previously served as an elected city council member for the city of Selah. Jeremy is a veteran of the United States Army Reserves where he served as a drill sergeant.
