Kat was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Texas, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Pre-Law. She also worked as a child advocate for East Texas Child Advocates, where the court charged her with representing the bests interests of children in dependency court.. She then moved to Houston, Texas, one of the largest legal markets in the nation, to attend law school. While at the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. McClain was afforded many different opportunities, including clerking for a family law judge. She also clerked for Rusty Hardin, a nationally-known attorney.. Shortly after she graduated from law school, she took a job as an associate attorney with a family law firm, just north of Houston. While in Texas, Ms. McClain was a certified mediator and conducted mediations for small claims courts and the Better Business Bureau.. In the Spring of 2011, Ms. McClain moved back to Wisconsin, in order to be closer to her family. She opened her law firm in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, where she practiced family law and criminal defense. John practices in litigation focusing on the areas of civil litigation (auto and product injuries), workers compensation, social security, special education litigation, and bankruptcy.. John is an active member of the Eau Claire Community where he lives.  He is on the Board for the Paralegal Program at Chippewa Valley Technical College, Coach for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Mock Trial Team, Coach for the Regis High School Mock Trial Team, formerly a Coach for the Regis Middle School Football team and was formerly the Secretary for the Eau Claire Bar Association.  John also manages the Free Legal Clinic Small Claims and Civil Desk.. In his spare time, John enjoys hunting, fishing, volunteering, playing trivia at the Firehouse Pub and spending time with his family.

John A. (Jack) Kaiser has represented clients throughout Western and Northwestern Wisconsin since 1976. I have been in private practice for 39 years specializing in representing children and incompetent adults as Guardian ad Litem.  I represent clients in divorce, child custody and placement, child abuse and neglect, and guardianship cases in Eau Claire, Chippewa and Dunn counties. I am also trained as a family law mediator to assist clients to reach a settlement outside of court regarding custody and placement of their children.

I am Attorney Allison N. Krueger, formerly known as Allison N. Donenberg. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2012 and have been working and practicing in Eau Claire since then. I represent Wisconsin injured workers and disabled individuals in Social Security disability appeals, worker’s compensation claims, and insurance disputes.. Before attending law school, I received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in history and zoology. I began working as an associate attorney for Kaiser Law Firm in December 2012. I also clerked at Kaiser Law Firm for six months following law school graduation. As an attorney my goal is to help my clients navigate the legal process in the most fair and equitable manner with the least amount of stress possible for the client and their children.  However, I don't rose-color the situation for my clients.  I believe in honesty and integrity in my practice and do not bend in that regard.  Part of being a good lawyer, in my opinion, is being able to tell a client when they are not being reasonable or when their expectations are skewed.  As attorneys we do not have a crystal ball to know what the future may bring, but we can certainly stand by them as they walk through the tunnel to the other side.  I'd like to think my clients see me as someone they can trust to walk them through that tunnel.. When I'm not practicing law, I prefer to spend my time with my husband and kids.  In the winter, we ski; in the summer, we're at the ball park.  I think it's important for children to see their parents volunteering, so I volunteer with the legal clinic here in Eau Claire, our local baseball league, church, and sit on the board of Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care.

Adam has deep roots in the Eau Claire community; he was born in Eau Claire, and after becoming an attorney he moved back to the area to raise his family and provide legal services to members of his community. Adam currently lives in Eau Claire with his wife, their two young children, and their two Golden Retrievers.
