Green on Wrongful Death Actions in Minnesota: Drawing a Line in the Sand or Committing to a Fair Solution?,” was selected for publication. In addition, Ashley received five CALI Awards for earning the highest grades in her Torts I, Torts II, No-Fault Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Advocacy courses..
