Richard received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1996. After working as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, A.J.S.C., retired, for the 1996-1997 term, he joined the Atlantic City firm of Levine Staller Sklar Chan Brodsky & Donnelly, PA, where he remained until 2005.. In January 2006, Richard joined the Law Office of Christopher M. Day, LLC as a partner and continued to focus his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. For the first 21 years of my legal career I worked for the County of Lehigh in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  For 17 of those years I worked for the Lehigh County Office of the District Attorney.  I started as an Assistant District Attorney and ultimately retired as the Chief of Prosecutions/Chief Deputy District Attorney in charge of the Violent Crimes Unit.  I prosecuted all types of cases, from thefts to Capital Murder.  For the last 7 years I handled priimarily major felony cases such as robbery, burglary, homicide and sexual assaults.  During this same time I also taught Business Law and Ethics at Penn State University - Lehigh Valley Campus for 17 years..
