I am a trial lawyer and I limit my practice to personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, products liability, insurance company bad faith, government claims and uninsured and under-insured motorist claims.  In short, I work primarily with people who have been seriously injured and make sure their voice is heard.. I am also a member of the American Board Of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) which is an invitation only organization of trial lawyers who have demonstrated excellence in the presentation of civil jury trials and who adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct..
