Corey’s legal practice centers on assisting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.    She is both a problem solver and passionate advocate for her clients.  She is a member of Collaborative Practice Vermont and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.. Corey graduated in 2006 from the University of Washington School of Law, where she received the Charles Z. Smith Public Interest Student of the Year award.  Corey began her practice of law in Washington State representing parents and youth in juvenile court and worked as an Ombudsman with the Washington State Office of the Family and Children’s Ombudsman.   In 2013, Corey returned to her home state of Vermont and joined Mickenberg, Dunn, Lachs & Smith, PLC.   She currently resides in Essex Junction with her husband and two young sons.
