With nearly 20 years of experience as a business and commercial litigation attorney, I have handled hundreds of legal matters both inside and outside the courtroom.  I have tried cases in state and federal courts througout Oregon and Washington. My practice emphasizes business litigation, business "divorce," complex business disputes, contract disputes, and trust and estates litigation.  My prior experience also includes commercial evictions, collections, foreclosures, tax controversies, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor law. Noam has worked for Vial Fotheringham for 2 years as a law student prior to joining the firm as lawyer. Noam also spent time interning in the legal department at Nike’s European Headquarters in the Netherlands. There he worked in the fields of sports marketing, commercial law, brand protection, and employment law.

Jason joined Vial Fotheringham in 2003 and currently represents
homeowner associations in various types of litigation including
construction defect, land use, architectural review and rules
enforcement. Jason also provides counsel relating to HOA governance,
document amendment, turnover and development issues.

Beau started building his vast experience as a law clerk and then intern for several local firms by researching legal and land use issues, providing analysis, and drafting memorandums and motions for litigation, as well as prosecuting misdemeanor crimes for the Spokane County District Attorney's Office.Upon graduating, he brought his skills to Tyler Smith & Associates, P.C., representing clients in many different areas of law, including land use, real estate, estate planning, business, administrative law matters, intellectual property, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and guardianship proceedings. Beau then moved to Day Law Group, P.C., where he represented clients in both adversarial and non-adversarial settings with great success, negotiated and drafted personal and corporate contracts, reviewed and prepared real estate instruments, evaluated legal and business matters for opportunity, and advised clients regarding the merits of different courses of actions. Ashley has been with Vial Fotheringham LLP since 2006. She currently represents both Condominium and Homeowner Associations in all general matters including drafting, amending and enforcing their governing documents. She has also helped associations improve their cash flow by helping to collect assessments. Prior to being an attorney she worked at a title insurance company, giving her a wider knowledge base to understand and assist her current HOA clients.
