Beau started building his vast experience as a law clerk and then intern for several local firms by researching legal and land use issues, providing analysis, and drafting memorandums and motions for litigation, as well as prosecuting misdemeanor crimes for the Spokane County District Attorney's Office.Upon graduating, he brought his skills to Tyler Smith & Associates, P.C., representing clients in many different areas of law, including land use, real estate, estate planning, business, administrative law matters, intellectual property, contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and guardianship proceedings. Beau then moved to Day Law Group, P.C., where he represented clients in both adversarial and non-adversarial settings with great success, negotiated and drafted personal and corporate contracts, reviewed and prepared real estate instruments, evaluated legal and business matters for opportunity, and advised clients regarding the merits of different courses of actions.
